PSAS Student Members!

We need to get a student presence in SALPsync. This is the new method by
which SALP is tracking our membership, and a strong showing would really
help! We'll still have our main source of information be the wiki, but this
will be SALP's consolidated reference for all groups.

This is also something that SALP is requiring for recognition of our status
as a student organization. SALP is conducting an audit of this information
between February 15 and March 26, and we should make sure to have a good
showing.

Recognition means funding, and funding means we keep flying!

Registration is pretty simple, and not much personal info is required, but
it does require your name, an email, your ODIN ID and Student ID number to
confirm your status. The link and instructions are shown below.

Please take five minutes to gather those things and register now to help
support PSAS!

Student Leaders:

We are required to get the PSAS Student Leaders registered in SALPsync.
Again, the link is below.

Thanks Everyone!

 Greetings,

Many of you have already ventured on to SALPSync (or OrgSync) our new
online web management system so please excuse this second email.

For those of you who are officers or coordinators of groups who
haven't, please do so by completing the following below:
All new student officers/coordinators must register for an account at
OrgSync.com/register <https://orgsync.com/register/communities>
<https://orgsync.com/register/communities>

   1. Find Portland State University and click the ‘**Register**' button.
   2. Complete your *Account Information.*
   3. Click 'Create'.
   4. Please email me with your email that you used to create your
account. Once I know that I will be able to grant you access to the
site. Please also include your student group you are with.

As officers you will be able to work together on the maintenance of
the group portal. You will be able to grant access to general members
but they will not have administrative access. If I don't know the name
or the person requesting I will be sure to contact another
officer/coordinator of the group.

Let me know if you have any questions.

After while,
~Suzanne Flores
