Hi everyone, Chris, Nathan and I met with Dean Su (of the College of Engineering and Computer Science) on Friday to discuss how PSAS' immediate need for funds, how we could work more closely together, and how we might be better integrated into the college in terms of space and student credits.
It was a great meeting - Dean Su loves our group - and we have three positive outcomes from the meeting: - We now have $2,000 to fund the July launch. - We now have access to the Innovation Lab (26-03?) for storing our stuff and having a workspace. - CECS will be working with us to help us raise the money to cover our current debts, cover the costs to flesh out the current avionics system, and try and work with us to develop a yearly budget.
