I went to a conference lately and they Dyson fellow gave a talk about
what his dad worked on.

I bet this has been talked about before on your list.

They did a prototype using C4 and black powder.  It was very cool.  I'm
wondering if PSAS would be interested in trying to make a modern version
of that prototype?

The size and scope of the ships they where planning is just so
breathtaking to me I think it would be cool to see about trying
something similar.
