I got word from OROC's launch director Alan Hammond today that the waiver has been activated for this weekend. The times are 0800-2000 on Saturday and Sunday, up to 20,500' AGL. That means the earliest we can push the button is 8:00 AM on Saturday morning. (I will open and close the waiver each day from Brothers.)
