Hi everyone!

For those who don't know: this year PSAS members submitted 5 papers to
the AIAA Space 2016 conference. And all 5 got in! :) The conference is
in Long Beach September 13-16. For more info, see:

https://www.aiaa-space.org/

In order to encourage our mostly poor students to attend the conference
in order to present their papers, PSAS is going to reimburse up to $100
in receipts per person.

A few points:

- Yes, they have to be actual receipts. For example, the AIAA
registration fee.
- We can't split receipts, but you can donate part of your reimbursable
funds to someone else (if they rented a house or a car or something).
Just let us know on your reimbursement form.
- Yes, you have to fill out the forms in the rocket room and make sure
Susan approves.

Congrats again to everyone who got their papers in!

Andrew
