Hi everyone!

Sorry for the late notice: this Saturday, from 10:00am - 2:00pmish,
we're going to meet and discuss Launch Vehicle 4. LV4 is our composite
airframe, liquid-fueled "space rocket" which is supposed to eventually
reach 100km. In particular, we're going to discuss the vision, goals,
milestones, design and design optimization of LV4.

We'll meet in our regular meeting room (FAB 86-01), and if we get kicked
out, we'll move to the LID (FAB 84).

Some more background:

Our current priority project is our next generation rocket, LV3. LV3 is
really a technology demonstrator for a bunch of PSAS-generated
technologies: composite airframes, RCS, CubeSats-as-avionics, eNSR, etc.
We're on our way to finishing LV3 this winter, and hope to launch it
this Spring in Central Oregon.

Our capstone projects, on the other hand, usually pioneer technologies
we'll need down the road. For example, the liquid fuel engine, test
stand, and our upcoming composite tank and electric feed pump capstones.

In order to run these capstones effectively, we ought to know what we're
trying to do! So this meeting is about "visioning" (sorry) LV4; its
mission, its goals, timelines, budgets, etc.
