TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Responsible in managing the company’s overall aspects of training & development. - Assigned primarily to improve the quality of customer care and sales service of retail staff to ensure implementation of the highest operational standards - University degree with 5 years proven track record in the same field SECRETARY • Female, age between 23 - 27 years old • Graduated from Secretarial College • Min.3 years working experience as secretary • Familiar doing business travel arrangement • Good command in English • Good appearance, quick response and fast learner • Able to work under presssure AREA SUPERVISOR  Ensure that sales target of all counters and boutiques are achieved.  Ensure that excellent standard of customer service is maintained in all counters and boutiques at all times by providing the sales staff with customer service and product knowledge training regularly.  Handle customer complaints effectively and amicably and able to make a fast decision.  Supervise operational duties such as management of stock, pricing, coding of merchandise, maintenance of the overall cleanliness and appearance of counters and boutiques.  Have ability to manage a group of people and motivate them to achieve sales target with excellent leadership skill  At least 2 years experience in the same position in retail industry with age max. 30 years old  Willing to travel a lot MERCHANDISER-DEALER  Reporting to Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for sales administration and giving fully support to sales department.  Have ability to maintain good relationship & communication with dealers.  Have to work closely with warehouse to ensure availability of stock and delivery on time to dealers.  D3 graduated from any discipline with max. age 27 years old  Fluent in Mandarin or other Chinese dialect is a plus.
