AREA SUPERVISOR (AS) - Ensure that sales target of all counters and boutiques are achieved. - Ensure that excellent standard of customer service is maintained in all counters and boutiques at all times by providing the sales staff with customer service and product knowledge training regularly. - Handle customer complaints effectively and amicably and able to make a fast decision. - Supervise operational duties such as management of stock, pricing, coding of merchandise, maintenance of the overall cleanliness and appearance of counters and boutiques. - Have ability to manage a group of people and motivate them to achieve sales target with excellent leadership skill - At least 2 years experience in the same position in retail industry with age max. 30 years old - Willing to travel a lot TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (TD) - Responsible in managing the company’s overall aspects of training & development. - Assigned primarily to improve the quality of customer care and sales service of retail staff to ensure implementation of the highest operational standards - University degree with 5 years proven track record in the same field MERCHANDISER (MD) - Responsible for preparing and analyzing inventory, cost and price including allocation new merchandise - Have ability to maintain good relationship & communication with third parties - Have to work closely with warehouse to ensure availability of stock and delivery on time - Enjoy working with numbers - Female, S1 graduated from any discipline, age 23 - 28 years old, but fresh graduate are welcome - Fluent in English and computer literate (Word, Excel, etc.) SALES EXECUTIVE (SE) You will establish and maintain a strong local distribution network, negotiate and introduce effective strategies to maximize sales. You have to ensure that amicable relations with Dealers are maintained at all times.
