Sim, no BRM os paises possem trocar os seus votos. Mais para trocar um voto de um pais que votou não com comentarios técnicos é necessario resolver issos comentarios e isso significar mutar as especificações.
Esse e o processo normal na ISO, e por isso são tão importantes. Um voto não sem boms comentarios não server para nada. Também é possible que os comentarios não tengam resolução e por tanto, o padrão seja rejeitado (isso passou com o C++/CLI da Microsoft recentemente). Abçs, //Alberto.
