Esses dias liguei na Dell para coar um novo netbook ou laptop, todos com windows, quando pedi sem o o SO informaram que este era "de graça" por isso não haveria como excluí-lo do preço
Creio que o mesmo argumento poderá ser usado por qualquer outro fabricante.
