Details:
This patch affects the way the gui handles transformations.
Basically it
1. removes the implicit EXECUTE from every time syntax is run in the gui.
2. Adds a callback to struct dataset which gets invoked whenever the
dataset's transformations change.
3. Adds a new menuitem under Transforms to which explicitly performs
EXECUTE.
