The FSF has asked me to release a version of PSPP under GPLv3, so
I've prepared version 0.4.0.1. The only difference from 0.4.0 is
the license. Before I announce its general availability, I'd
like one or two people here to look it over. It is available at:
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/pspp/pspp-0.4.0.1a.tar.gz
(In the version without the "a", I forgot to replace COPYING with
the GPLv3 version.)
If it looks OK I'll put it on ftp.gnu.org.
