I didn't manage to build the gui on all platforms, because of lack of
gtk libraries.

On Darwin I had one test failure tests/command/insert.sh, but this
seems to be harmless:

I seem to remember this on the last release too, but I don't think we
ever solved it.


I also successfully cross-compiled to the i586-mingw32msvc target, but
I don't have a platform on which to run it.
