I tested it.

As far as I can't see it doesn't work. I tried placing it in /usr/local/lib,
/usr/local/lib/pspp,  /lib copied it to cygpsppire.dll copied the
libpsppire.* files to cygpsppire.* Nothing yet. Unfortunately.

Nothing..... :-((

Any ideas somebody???
