Details:
The attached patch is an attempt to incorporate interactions into the
one-pass algorithm to compute covariance matrices. I tried to keep this as
simple as possible, changing as little code in covariance-matrix.c as
possible.
This meant rewriting a lot of interaction.c.
Apply with patch -p1.
