Follow-up Comment #2, patch #6829 (project pspp):
I just updated gnulib, and seem to have clicksequence defined:
/home/jhs/src/gnulib:$ find ./* -name '*'|xargs grep clicksequence
./build-aux/texinfo.tex:% @clicksequence{File @click{} Open ...}
./build-aux/texinfo.tex:defclicksequence#1{begingroup#1endgroup}
But makeinfo still complains that clicksequence is undefined.
