unfortunately it still fails on postgresql issue and even worse my hack seems to give an positive error code, so the build doesn't fail. Probably no package should really ship it at all, as this is a very general location. Would be also great if we can stop installing the 16x16 icons under /usr/share/icons/16x16/pspp as this is quite a uncommon place for package specific icons. Do you think you can fix that in Git?
