Thanks for your interest. One thing that has recently been added is the GLM command - at least a subset of it. It should be good for univariate factorial anova without repeated measures. But is hasn't been thorougly tested - especially with unbalananced models. If you could have a look at that, and let us know what you think it'd be great. You will need a recent 0.7.9 version and note that there is not currently a GUI dialog for it, so everything must be done through syntax.
