Possibly for this particular dialog, this feature may not be desirebale - 
at the moment I'm not sure.  A lot depends on what window manager is used.

I suggest that we wait for now.  If we decide we don't want it for the 
var-type-dialog, we could add a property on PsppireWindowBase to disable
this feature.
