Really the information in the file is a single long line, so I deleted the
following "gtk-icon-sizes =
"gtk-menu=13,13:gtk-small-toolbar=24,24:gtk-large-toolbar=24,24:gtk-dnd=32,32"
gtk-toolbar-icon-size = small-toolbar"

When you delete this information, psppire adopts the default values in the
size of the icons on the toolbar and menu however if I delete the entire
contents of the file, psppire adopts a strange look.

Attached file "gtkrc".
