I wonder whether we should introduce some kind of dynamic way of setting
the default workspace, for example as a fraction of the RAM in the
system. Currently it always defaults to 64 MB.I suppose we could read /proc/meminfo at regular intervals and make some intelligent estimate on how to set the workspace.
