SPO file viewer

Hi! I've made considerable headway on understanding the format of SPO
files, but it'd be helpful if I could get some assistance from someone
who can get the SPSS Legacy Viewer to work. Are you able to get it to
view them? How about editing the files in minor ways like changing the
colors of the lines that separate table cells?
