Forgetting about the traceback (which I think indicates that it couldn't
mail back the failure).
The problem, I believe, simply lies in the 0x - the program wants the
bare fingerprint without the leading 0x.
Is this `dcut` from src:dput? I believe the one from src:dput-ng would
fix this particular detail.
