As most people have probably heard GNU/FSF have decided to move away from freenode.net, and apparently all existing nicks and channels have been deregistered.
However #pspp on freenode.net has never been frequented by many people, especially in the last few years. Unless anyone really has the energy to keep it going, I suggest we just remove all references to it from https://gnu.org/p/pspp J'
