Hello Cemal, seems like you are a windows user and had installed the cygwin version of pspp. This bug has already been reported and so far has no solution. You can download the myngw version who doesn´t have this issue from http://www.cecaps.ufmg.br/pspp/ . Don´t forget to uninstall the older version.
