Can the PSPP GUI, psppire, access postgres tables? I got PSPP running and
connecting to my postgres tables but i didn't see if there was a way to get
postgres tables into the PSPP GUI directly (without an intermediary step
such as exporting the postgres table to txt file).

There's currently no "wizard" to assist connection to databases.
Perhaps this will be done in the future, if there's sufficient demand.

But anything that you can do with pspp, can also be done with
psppire. Select the menuitem File->New->Syntax, which will open a new
syntax window. Paste your syntax there, and select Run->All.
