That won´t work (unless the administrator grants rights etc). You can check it by finding out where PSPPIRE.exe is installed. In ¨c:\program files¨ which would be ok or c:\users which would be wrong. If this is the case, let the ICT people uninstall the single user PSPP version and install the recommended version.
