Ok, these values are correct for your installation. I looked at newer versions before.
I must say I have no clues what is going on. Just an idea, can you first switch to the directory where psppire is located and start PSPPIRE from there? Then libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll is in the current directory so it should not take a wrong version somewhere on your computer. Can you check if you have more than 1 libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll file on your computer? http://www.pcmmc.com/libgdk-win32-2-0-0-dll.php suggest that it could be a problem with other software on your computer. Is everything working correct? I cc-ed this message to pspp-users as that does make much more sense as pspp-dev. Maybe there is another Vista user there with good ideas.
