I agree with Marshall that Google gives a good hint. However, Google
results are depending on your history so they might give you another
answer.
Always keep your eyes open as the internet is loaded with sides which
provide you with "the latest" version of PSPP for Windows. I have only seen
sites with copies of the files you can download from pspp.awardspace.com.
Some of these copies are recent and some are outdated.

If you don't know where to look I think the link
https://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/get.html provided by John give you the
safest starting point.

Today a new version is released (dated 2015-1-09) which, thanks to John,
has copy/paste issues fixed.

About your question "for my Windows 8 Computer". As John pointed we don't
know YOUR computer. Neither is "Windows 8" a good description. MSWindows is
loaded with anti-features which cripples parts of MSWindows. If you pay
Microsoft more they remove more anti-features and you have another edition.

As far as I know, the MSWindows build of PSPP works on all Intel based
computers with MSWindows XP or higher.

Have fun
