As Keresztg is now referring to my patches on the list, I'd better post them
here.
Please note these have /not/ been cleaned up. There's CVS cruft in there, a
'debian' directory that might one day turn lsh into a Debian package (right
now it's simply for my internal use, as it captures all the "how does this
thing build" knowledge), a reenabling of the .deps/%.P rule (which I want,
but we don't want in the distribution) etc. But there's some useful code
changes/enhancements in there too.
