I'll see what I can do. I personally like scheme48 and scsh, but it is
reasonably to support other schemes as well.
What I'd like to see is the scheme-environmental stuff purged from the
main scheme source files. I.e. keep the main source files without
things like #!, module system invocations, etc. Then have wrappers
make_class.guile, make_class.scsh, etc, which loads the source files
together with any needed modules.
Do you think you could do that? Purging the scsh dependencies from lsh
is a low-priority fix for me, so it will happen a lot faster if
somebody else does it.
BTW, did you write the charset functions from scratch, or are they
extracted from Olin's code?
