News for the lsh-0.1.15 release

        Support for publickey user authentication.

        A new script lsh-authorize.

That means that Bazsi's publickey userauth support is in. To make a
authorize a key for login, use

  lsh-authorize public-key-file

As md5sum is no longer needed for this, I use sha1 rather than md5 for
hashing the keys. It would not be difficult to support md5 too, but I
currently consider that as a not very important option. If anyone has
a good reason to want md5, let me know.

/Niels
