lshd<->ssh2 seems ok

Hi all!
Some weeks earlier I reported that I had problems with lshd<->ssh-2.0.12.
It turned out, that ssh2 used zlib as default on that system, so it
triggered the zlib support problem, which is now fixed in lsh-0.2.2, so it
wasn't a problem of ssh2 kludge. Sorry for confusion...

P.s.: I haven't tested sshd2<->lsh config!
