Hi,
I've hacked to move lsh's codebase closer to my lsh-proxy functionality. I
needed to process channel-requests in order, even if the result of a
subsequent request is available earlier. To make things a bit more clean,
I've removed global_request_callback classes, and changed global request
processing to use command_continuations instead of custom classes. Niels, if
you approve this patch, I can move on to implement channel request & global
request proxying, and lsh_proxy becomes usable. (of course without the
decision making layer).
That's for now.
