how about teraterm?

it has an extension interface, and looks like there are
SSH extension(TTXSSH), SSL extension(TTXSSL), one-time password(TTXOTP).

TTXSSH works as a ssh1 client, I hear nothing about ssh2 extension.
I believe LSH extension (TTXLSH?) will be very welcomed (-:
