SSH1 has the "ALLOWUSER, ALLOWGROUP, DENYUSER
DENYGROUP" directives in it's config. but these seem to have been dropped out
of SSH2. These were followed by a list of usernames or groups, and only were
in addition to any other authenication (eg. valid password,username+valid group).
anyone know why these were dropped.  They seemed like they can be handy features.
Creating a /etc/nologin file was the only way I could get SSH2 to restrict 
login to root only .
