News for the 0.9.2 release

        Improved support for shadow passwords.

        Some preparations for gateway mode.
        
Bazsi: I made some changes to proxy_channel.c, mostly with the
handling of window sizes and max packet sizes, and I renamed it to
gateway_channel.c. I've tried to update all files that depended on it,
but I might have missed something.

Available at the usual places.
