Bug report from subversions

Hey all:

I just got a bug report that indicated that when using lsh to do 'cvs 
diff' to a terminal produces corrupt data, but that it doesn't happen 
when it goes to a file.  This problem doesn't happen with Ssh.  Can I 
forward the bug report here, to see if it makes sense to you?
