I fixed this, and also change the compile time configuration to always
include most of the kerberos support (most of it is not really kereros
specific; it's a hook to exec a separate program for verifying
passwords). At runtime, it is still disabled by default. The result is
lsh-1.0.7, available at the usual places.

I plan to only do bugfixes on lsh-1.0.x in the future, and bump the
version number to 1.1.x for new features.

Martin: Are you looking into setting up an announce-only mailing list?
