ANNOUNCE: lsh-1.1.4

News for the 1.1.4 release:

        Fixes for encrypted private keys (thanks to jps).

        Updated argp, and ripped out its dependencies on getopt.

A standalone version of argp is also available at
http://www.lysator.liu.se/~nisse/misg/argp-standalone-1.0.tar.gz. It
seems to work at least on linux and solaris.
