I'm having problems being rejected.  I'm trying to use "wget -c" over a 
dialup, which I can't leave connected all the time.  Occasionally I will 
successfully connect to this mirror, and get good download speeds, but mostly 
I'm rejected.  Is there any way to use wget and not be rejected?
