Maybe I am confused but at first logon, none of my icon or launchers appear. If I right click on the desktop I get the usual options. After a few seconds my Icons and stuff appear and when I right mouse click I get a very different menu. Any Ideas?

Please Help!!!! "Bluecurve" is a theme. It is a theme for Gnome2 and KDE3. When you load KDE3, the default theme for KDE3 is "Bluecurve". Go to kcontrol and set the theme back to "Bluecurve" if you like that look.
