Remove the [home] section from your smb.conf file
add in a section for each group and specify two sections as such

[originators]
comment = Originators Directory
        valid users = <each user for the group>
        read only = No
        create mask = 0660
        directory mask = 0770
        browseable = No

[processors]
comment = processors Directory
        valid users = <each user for the group>
        read only = No
        create mask = 0660
        directory mask = 0770
        browseable = No

This will give your users access only to the directory that they are
specified in.
