I am a linux newbie and i need help. I am reading all the how tos in the net but i can't understand. I am running samba 2.2.5 in redhat 8. It is currently working as a linux file server join in our windows 2000 domain. I manually add around 7 windows usernames to the linux box. I want to add 50 more and it is tedious if i do it manually that is way i want to use winbind. How to do this winbind with a current samba installed? do i need to remove it? then what are the detailed steps i should follow?
