dimension a no go

Well, I looked on cakewalk’s site and dimension and rapture only work as vst or 
au plugs on the mac.  Our best hope probably would be to be able to load sfz 
files into the aria player from Garritan, but even that needs some spotting up 
with VO to get at the manus for each channel slot in the aria player.
