I can get my hands on a June 2010 Mac Mini for about $350. It is before the I5 processors, but I have read about people running PT on them. Is this too old to get a year or so of work out of it running PT 9 or 10 with some waves and Oxford plugins working the CPU? I am just wanting to get my feet wet and have the option to do some mixing and mastering for people who may want to bring in PT sessions from other studios with track counts under 50 or so.
