Hi. Yes, it's a good option if you can still find one in good shape for a decent price... The microphone preamps on the project mix are nothing great, but, for the money, it's a great value as you get a midi interface, audio interface with good I/O options, as well as a fully featured control surface that is compatible with sonar and pro tools etc.
I had problems running this with windows xp pro sp2 and sp3... I've heard the performance is far better under windows seven, but, I believe official driver development and support met a quiet death a while ago. Cameron.
