I have read what documents I can find on the subject and they say to go to perrifferals and click on midi controllers, which I do. Then I have to add it as HUI mode. I can't find HUI anywhere. I pressed v pot 4 which is meant to put the control surface in HUI mode and I've done the things I was meant to but, I can't get pro tools to see the controller as it should.
