I have found a very good two part tutorial for pro tools on youtube. It is called learning pro tools by Tim Hall. They are about fifty minutes each and cover a lot of things. The best thing about them ,is that every thing he does he tells you what the key stroke is. They are definitely worth a listen for anyone learning pro tools.
