The ability to keep both on the same partition is definitely a plus. I wish they had accommodated that with versions 9 and 10. There's another detail that's still not clear. Originally, it was said that 11 would only work with Mountain Lion. I've been hearing reports that it'll still be compatible with Lion. That'll also be a consideration for some.
